Aero Gatineau-Ottawa Announces 2026 Performing Aircraft

Aero Gatineau-Ottawa, the national capital region’s annual airshow spectacular, today announced its lineup of performing aircraft for its 2026 edition, September 18-20 at Gatineau-Ottawa Executive Airport.
“This year’s lineup promises an exciting three days of high speed and inspiring performances,” said John Bennett, Director General, Aero Gatineau-Ottawa. “We have some returning favourites including the Snowbirds, the CF-18 tactical demonstration, and the SkyHawks parachute performance, and some first-time performers that are real airshow crowd pleasers.”
2026 Performers
Canadian Forces Snowbirds – now in their 55th year of entertaining airshow fans across the country and around the world in their CT-114 Tutor aircraft
RCAF CF-18 Hornet – a tactical demonstration by Canada’s frontline multi-role fighter
Canadian Armed Forces SkyHawks – the precision parachute team that’s bee thrilling airshow fans since 1971
de Havilland DH.98 Mosquito – an amazing all wooden aircraft that was amongst the fastest in the world when introduced in 1941
Gruman Avenger TBM-3E – a Second World War torpedo bomber and anti-submarine aircraft
Time Flies – The H101 Salto Sailplane is one of the only glider shows performing at airshows and is towed by an aerobatic Nanching CJ6
Northern Stars – Three Classic Pitts Specials flying precision formations and freestyle maneuvers
Kyle Fowler Aerosports – The Berkut Four, a tandem four-seat homebuilt and the only aircraft of its kind performing in airshows worldwide.
Yellow Thunder – Two brothers flying two yellow Harvards in close aerobatic formations.
Vintage Wings of Canada Victory Flight – Featuring a Hawker Hurricane Mk XII, P-51D Mustang and Supermarine Spitfire Mk IX from Vintage Wings of Canada
YAK-52TW – A high speed aerobatic Russian trainer.
Fusion Drone Shows – a favourite returns for the Friday night show.
