Ghost Writer – Night Show
Nathan K. Hammond
Sound, light, pyrotechnics and aerial acrobatics at night
Aero Gatineau-Ottawa is proud to announce the return of its jaw-dropping evening performance on Friday, September 6, featuring formation flights at dusk, the GhostWriter, 130 drones and more surprises to be announced.
Nathan K. Hammond fly’s GhostWriter in an action packed routine full of loops, rolls and verticals, held tightly in front of the crowd. When night falls and the stars come out, he lights up the sky with 200lbs of wing mounted pyrotechnics and special effect lighting, as he dances across the sky and the stars become a backdrop for our trail from sparks and aerial burst of color.
“GhostWriter” is a 1956 deHaviland DHC-1 ‘Chipmunk’ built in Canada as a primary trainer for the RCAF and converted into a “Super” Chipmunk in 1988!
