Pitts Model 12
Trevor Rafferty Airshows

New performance – Trevor Rafferty with his highly modified Pitts 12!
Ontario’s Trevor Rafferty builds his own planes, each of which is more complex and more efficient than its predecessor. His current mount (number 5) being the biggest and baddest of the bunch. The Pitts Model 12 is a traditional-looking biplane with 1930s barnstormer appeal, but with 400 horsepower and extremely light; it has as much or more performance than most modern factory built aircraft and it is hand built, one of a kind.
Trevor has never known a life without aviation, his earliest memories are of flying with his father in Piper Cub and Aeronca Champ Aircraft out of the little grass field near Hamilton Ontario. Trevor earned his licences and ratings by working in the steel industry in Hamilton, and worked his way through the neccessary licences and ratings. Today he is a successful, international compettitor and holds an un-restricted low level airshow waiver.
